Michael joins in the newly created role as part of the design consultancy’s move to deepen its expertise across brand, UX and service design.
Previously the Strategy Director at global brand consultancy Interbrand, Michael brings a wealth of experience in leading strategy development in brand and customer experience and engaging critical stakeholders. He has a strong track record working with complex organisations, including Telstra, AGL, Medibank, Australia Post, Government and World Vision.

So far Michael has been getting to the heart of some exciting challenges with the Australian Academy of Science, Orica and Norton Rose Fullbright.
